7. Service Availability

8. Termination
- •Either party may terminate usage as per the contract terms.
- •The Company may suspend access immediately if you violate the Terms.
- •Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will end.
9. Limitation of Liability

- •The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of the Software or violation of these Terms.

The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, Tamil Nadu, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
